Tried this in 2005 the first time and forgot to review. Light yellow colour, clean, little white head disappearing quickly leaving not much. Vinous grape aromas which give out a little sourness with the buckwheat. The taste is pretty mild with some little grape notes and very light bitterness in the finish. Not very good and Glutenberg came out since making much better gluten-free brews. Quack-Duck (9486) - Down South, GERMANY - DEC 18, 2015
bottle, courtesy of jaghana. Pale golden with a white head. Light-bodied and grainy, hints of rice-like flavours, woody-dusty hops. Dry palate. Weird stuff. jaghana (6115) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - SEP 4, 2015
Bottle 341ml, yellow beer with low head, nose is again on cider touch.. Another very thin and tasteless beer in the gluten series of this brewery, really not worse to say more. KingofCastle (208) - London, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 21, 2014
Horrendous crap. This has inspired me to brew my own GF beer. The finish, or after taste more appropriately, is like cheap apple juice. Quick carbonation upon poor, no head and no lacing. All very bad signs. cmacklin (1211) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 8, 2014
341 ml bottle. Pours a clear, very pale yellow with a thin white head. Weak aroma of apple cider and rice. Sweet flavour of apples and sugar with a slightly dry finish. Light body with a thin, watery texture and fizzy carbonation.

Very light yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of faint apples. Taste is sweet with fruit notes and vaguely similar to saki.

341ml bottle. Pours lead golden with a sparse white head. Aroma of Chardonnay or wine. Flavour is slightly sweet with a thin watery body. A strange aftertaste, but still refreshing. Gav5 (1) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 13, 2013 does not count
This is my go-to GF beer. It’s much more flavourful than other GF beers like Bards. czar (9172) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 8, 2013
pours extra pale almost translucent yellow without a head. strange intimate relations with cider, from the apples to the yeast, also white grape juice, faint cereals, boiled veggies, soft and lively carbonation, very light body, very short herbal finish.
