Medium to good yellow head; deep amber-chestnut colour. Roasted, roasted chestnuts or oats, duckfat. Roasted taste, caramel, but not cloying; ending a bit nutty. Little sticky MF all the same, rather well-bodied. Not too sweet which is good. Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - MAY 13, 2012

Bottled - Chris O shindig 2007 - A dark brown, almost black coloured beer with some tan pools of head. The aroma is dark fruits such as raisins, and bredy malts. It has a Belgian nose. The taste is fruity with more raisins. Lacks body but it’s drinkable enough.
