Bottle 33cl, a clear amber beer with medium head, nose is very floral and grapefruit like. Aroma is malty, light caramel touch, quite bitter, orange zest touch, mango. Finish is grassy and orange like with again a high bitterness with long duration, light resin.

guzgorog (901) - FRANCE - SEP 10, 2014

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - MAY 8, 2014
Quite sweet and funky aroma, fruit yoghurt, sticky candy. Let’s say unexpected. Taste is has hay like yeast, quite farmy, resin hops, herbal perhaps... It’s hard to describe really. The ingredients make you think of a normal (albeit French) American Amber, but I taste something different. Sure enough it’s quite caramelly and with only just enough hop backup. Like the interesting aroma, taste isn’t quite my thing perhaps, bit too malty sweet. Overall a good interesting beer. (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)
