COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bière blonde aux reflets légèrement verdâtres. Au nez, la lavande et la camomille nous apaise déjà. La bouche rafraîchissante aux arômes de blé, d’herbes et d’orange nous fait rêver à des nuits de repos...qui n’existe plus!

Sampler tray at Brasseurs du Temp. Wow. What a spicy beer. Was not a credo favourite though ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is clove, wheat and chamomile. Taste is floral, lavender and orange peel. Medium body, low carbonation. A bit watery.

En fût au BDT. Couleur blond sale trouble, mousse blanche. Arôme de lavande, camomille. Goût de camomille, thé, céréales, donne l’impression de boire des fleurs. Carbonation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

On tap at the pub. Not my favourite witbier, with a little too much emphasis on chamomile rather than coriander. Also slightly bitter for style. However, it is an attractive beer and appropriate for summer drinking.

on tap at brewpub. hazy pale yellow with a nice white head, good retention and lacing. perfumy, lavender and other floral notes, bitter herbs, wheat, pepper, yeasty, dry. average carbonation, light body, dry, herbal and floral finish. nice offering even though i’m not fond of the style.

June 17, 2013 - on draught at the brewpub. Very pale gold with a solid creamy white head. Aroma is ... almost not there - vague honey and grass. Taste is nice, more honey, grass, but something "green" - like chewing on raw sugar cane. Light body and carbonation, slick and airy, crisp and clean, with a quick, somewhat lightly sweet finish - sugar cane in the aftertaste - simple, but refreshing.

I was told this was popular the first time they brought this out, and was gone for a while, so they brought it back. Enjoyed at the brewpub after my first BMX bike ride from Ottawa. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold, lemonade-like, with a white head and minimal dirty lace. Fresh smelling coriander and other beautiful spices. Medium-bodied with a very nice spiced taste with light wheat malts. Quite refreshing and a different twist on the witbier.

Tap: Poured a cloudy golden color ale with white haze and a medium foamy head. Aroma of lightly sweet malt notes with some light spices and some orange peel. Taste is light and refreshing with some good notes of spices and orange peel with medium wheat malt body. Light and refreshing and perfect for hot summer days with limited complexity.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy pale blond body with a thin white creamy head. Nice, fresh malty/hoppy aroma with coriander and citrusy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries malty, herbal, and citrusy notes. Ends with a good bitter/herbal finish. Very enjoyable Witbier.
