June 17, 2013 - on draught at the brewpub. Very pale gold with a solid creamy white head. Aroma is ... almost not there - vague honey and grass. Taste is nice, more honey, grass, but something "green" - like chewing on raw sugar cane. Light body and carbonation, slick and airy, crisp and clean, with a quick, somewhat lightly sweet finish - sugar cane in the aftertaste - simple, but refreshing.
[5870-20131004] Tap. Meaty lemon cleaner aroma. Slightly hazy, pale yellow body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Lightly bitter lemon wheat flavour. Light-medium body. Strange. (6-/3/6/3/12) 3.0

Overheard: "Maybe that’ll work on our tub."
Very pale cloudy white colour. Very bright juicy aroma with a very floral aroma. Chamomile and lemon with a bit of spice and a great fruity finish. Slightly sweet and a little bit wheaty and spicy. Pretty lovely, but I’m a sucker for these floral beers. KansaiBeerLvrs (5090) - Kyoto, JAPAN - OCT 6, 2014
Blanche de Koralie 5.5% This witbier pours a very light gold with a thin head of foam and a huge aroma of chamomile. The body wasn’t as smooth as I’d like, somewhat rough in body but it had a wonderfully light chamomile flavor. One of my favorite’s of the day for it’s easy drinkability. cargo150 (1289) - Quebec City, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 25, 2014
Pours pale yellow limited head and no lacing/ nose is very flowery. Flavours of orange peel, cereal, yeast, some lemon. Taste light sweet light/med bitter. Fullish body light carbonTion. Nice.

Drank on tap (12 oz) at the brewpub on August 25. 2014. Hazy pale blonde, small head. Lavender and camomile perfumes the light wheat aroma. Dry lavender wheat taste, some notes of mineral and fairly refreshing, light aftertaste. It’s nice and refreshing, but nothing bold about it! rederic (3335) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 7, 2014
Very pale white hazy color, with a ring of white head, with a very intense spicy nose of nutmeg, cinnamon, light coriander, faint herbal chamomile spices, with a light yeast, doughy, soft milkyish, orange peel accent, and a faint honeyed pale, wheat, munich malt note in the aroma follows through on a light-bodied palate with a nice yeasty, doughy, spicy nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, coriander, apple strudel, faint lemon, grapefruit peel character, with some faint flowery citrus hop, light zesty acidic citrus, faint milkyish flavours, leading towards a yeasty, doughy, nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander spiciness, lingering soft acidic citrus zestiness finish. solidfunk (8838) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - OCT 23, 2013
Decent Belgian wit here. Nice full aroma of hops, some coriander and clove. A little bread yeast flavour as well. Pours cloudy light gold with good head and lacing. Finishes sweet and a little bitter. Tap at brewpub. jercraigs (10303) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 9, 2013
2013-10-04. Hazy pastel yellow, small white head. 3+ Aroma is floral and lightly spicy, notes of chamomile. Flavour is similar, bitter, very floral and chamomile. Sweetish candy like fruit character in the finish. 7+ Average plus palate. Enjoyable. On tap at BDT, Gatineau mnurda (1283) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - OCT 8, 2013
Sampler tray at Brasseurs du Temp. Wow. What a spicy beer. Was not a credo favourite though
