COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For the hop lover in you, this 100 IBU beer uses Columbus and Amarillo hops which exude explosive aromas of citrus, cherry, oak and rose water. Sweetness mingles with alcohol and hops in a lenghty aftertaste.

A heavy high alcohol beer with a variety of flavours perceptible such as coriander, spice and some grassiness in the malt. Some hop bitterness though at 100 IBU a lot less than I was expecting. Almost a bit too easy drinking for a beer of this style, it is a fine beer but I was expecting something a bit more out of the ordinary.

750mL bottle from the brewery. Pours a hazy reddish copper colour with some thick white head that dissipates slowly. Smell is sweet, but clearly balanced with some hoppy goodness, lots of citrus and something a little floral. Palate is fairly thick and a bit oily, slightly lighter than average carbonation. Taste is initially a bit sweet, but then the bitter hops roll in and just lingers for a long while. A bit of a warming alcohol sensation in the throat. Excellent for summer, but I’d drink it year-round.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fut @ Broue Pub Brouhaha. Blonde ambree. Nez de resine et une pointe savonneuse. En bouche: malt, conifere et encore un cote savonneux... L’alcool ne se ressent pas. J’aurais voulu plus d’amertume.

Pours a hazy golden hue topped with a bubbly and spotty whitish head; strings of thin lacing here and there around the glass. Fresh and crisp aroma of piney, resinous hops and sharp grapefruit notes. In the mouth, prominent yet not overpowering bitterness up front is curbed slightly through sweet caramel malts; finishes abruptly with a lingering herbal quality and mild alcoholic heat. Carbonation on the low side, and allows the hops more room for expression, although lends a mouth-feel that is a little too thin for my taste. All in all, this makes me happy.

Red amber with a large creamy white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, resin, and caramel. Medium body with soft carbonation. Taste fruit cake with a soft but lasting bitterness.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2014 Hazy dark orange with a tiny lace. Strong floral with light honey, citrus, mainly grapefruit. Bitter at first, became sweet with a balanced aftertaste, a nice mix of tongue perception. Very slick, creamy wih an average carbonation. Good one sip after the other one!

Thanks to hoppypocket for this extra. Poured from a 750ml. bottle, bottled Aug. 31 2011. Appearance: A very creamy head, 3-4 fingers strong with long lasting power. Body is a gorgeous hazy orange. Smell: Reserved at first but really opens up as it warms. Hops, grapefruit, orange pulp, a bit of oak and a mix of sweet & bitter. Taste: Spicy, citrus, burnt sugar. A bit sweet actually which overpowers the bitterness. Mellows as it warms. Aftertaste of grapefruit rind is nice. Mouthfeel: Low on the bitterness, surprisingly smooth and very well balanced. Overall: The alcohol is not felt at all. A nice mesh of sweetness and spices. Would have liked more lasting bitterness but i was still pleased with this one.
