In my point of view, it is a nice beer or what we could expect for such kind of drink. The color is red-orange and copper. The foam is thin and like all the "brasseurs" beers the carbonation is lower than others beers. The taste is classical malty-ginger bread few hop. On tap at Les Brasseurs Geneva. Quite pale in colour, a deepish golden hue. Thin white foam. Warming, a little boozy, malty, spicy, decent balance. Some fruity esters. Pours a tawny brown color with little to no head; what is left is a thin lightly tan film across the top.
Light malty sweetness in the nose; dark grains and some yeastiness in the aroma; touch of grape as well. The dark grapes show up in the taste as well. Hints of light spices in the flavor as well, is that nutmeg? Pretty weak in the flavor, but lots of yeastiness sneaks in in an unpleasant way. MF is a bit thin and very faint carbonation. Not an awful brew, and one of the better ones from Les Brasseurs. Still nothing too interesting.

Muddy brown color. Light roasted malt aroma. Medium body structure, caramel and dusty chocolate flavor; very yeasty. Either the bottom of the tank, or a very unprofessional brew.
From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted and light spiced. Sweet, spiced and roasted malty flavoured. Light phenolic and roasted malty into the finish. Lasting roasted and spiced impression.
