A beer that I liked very curious. Not my style, too soft, strong and a little vest graduation. However, the touch of thyme is very successful and well treated. Carat has a unique and, for that reason alone, it makes it remarkable. martin00sr (4035) - Haderslev, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2015
Bottle, Øllets dag, Kolding. Slightly herbal, but not much thyme, really have to look for it. Malty flavour, sweetish. Nice and quite drinkable. Bamsen78 (5400) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2015
Bottle @ Øllets Dag, Kolding. Pours nearly clear amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt, with fruity and caramellish notes and touches of hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with citric notes and touches of malt and yeast. Bitterish and slightly acetic aftertaste. Okay. oh6gdx (26488) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 4, 2015

Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is peppery, oregano and some herbal notes. Flavour is oregano, some herbs and a bit spicy notes.
Bottle. 4.5%. Best before 08.10.14 – 6 months past. 10 cl. sample. Pours a slightly hazy yellow/golden with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with a strong orange note. Flavour is orange as well, both fruit and peel. A bit candy-like. Dry, bitter finish. Overall, the orange notes are quite nice, but I also think it lacks something, undefined. Still, pretty okay.01.05.15.

Unclear orange of color with a foamy white head. An aroma of grissinni, spice and bread. A flavor of bread, herbs, medicin and lemon. MOLA_DK (379) - DENMARK - MAY 1, 2015
Bottle share at VBC. Cloudy pale amber with a big white head. Highly carbonated. Spicy aroma, did not detect the thyme though. Medium body, low bitterness. The spice comes through in the taste. I would think the beer is better to marinate meat in than to drink! beeranarchist (232) - Aalborg, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2015
