presario (4916) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 21, 2009
Bottle from Montreal. Fair lasting white head. Cloudy pale yellow. Moderate banana aroma. Has some sourness and something going on that does not fit. Flavour is not as good as the aroma. Light banana and metalic with a lemon finish. Just not enough oomph.

Eructoblaster (4103) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 8, 2009
Bottle - 341ml. Pours a cloudy blond body with an average white frothy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, coriander and citrusy hints. Taste, however, carries some harsh sodium hints (like some beers from Schoune or Barberie). Ends with a fair bitter/yeasty finish. Good effort, but slightly misbalanced

Couleur or pale tres brumeuse avec un mince collet blanc. Mousse disparait tres vite. Arome de citron, coriandre, banane verte, pain (levure). Corps leger et bonne carbonation. Lgre amertume complete tres bien cette biere tres rafraichissante. Lgre sensation de craie en bouche. Banane et coriandre domine les saveurs.

MartinT (9729) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 16, 2008
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Bready yeast, banana esters and citrusy wheat delineate this Weizen, offering an eminently quenching experience.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam protects the cloudy dark yellow.
-The body is quite comfortable and obviously meant for easy drinking, but I prefer them a tad more pillowy in this style.
-Some clove-like spiciness appears right before the end.
-The prominent citrusy character visits meringue territory when aided by the bready, doughy yeast.

Bottle.
