Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, wood, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, tart roasted, chocolate, port wine, cheery, sugary. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
75 cL bottle, courtesy of fiulijn. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted, malty and slight metallic to smoked. Light blood note. Dark malty and liqourice to dark roasted. Bottled (as Porter Baltique Automne 2008, 10%). Very dark brown colour with small brown head. Aroma is coffee, malts and some roasted notes. Flavour is burnt sugar, alcohol, coffee, fudge, syrup and some caramel malts. Not much baltic porter in this one. Aftertaste is fudge, roasted malts and alcohol. Bottle - thanks Paul! Almost clear dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Light palate, softish. Super mild tangy dark malts. Mellow chocolate, somewhere between dark and milk. Trace of coffee. Finishes quite sweet and tangy. Slightly left field but good.
