Bottled. Half hazy yellow body with a small off white head. The aroma is sour. The taste is very fruity and refreshing with plenty of lemon and grapefruit. VDuquerroux (1723) - Airvault, Haut-Poitou, FRANCE - MAR 29, 2017
Bottle, 375mL. Home. A golden clear beer with a medium white head ; ok retention. Yoghurt, dry white wine, light citrus, herbal note. Light sweet, light lasting dry acid, bitter note. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation, dry refreshing lasting acid finish. Overall, average. dfearnley (2204) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 16, 2017
I’m sitting here wheezing and coughing after running for the first time in just under a year and that was after a 6 month hiatus. When this snow melts, I hope to continue. That is all relevant, because I’m worried about spitting this funky, lemony, sour beer all over my monitor. I’ve paired it with 5 grapes larger than my testicles which are sweet and balance the beer very nicely.
My body is very unhappy with my exercise and right now, it feels like it might convince me to never do this again. This beer is my reward for doing the deed and more beers will be rewards for further runs, so my body better get used to it.
The aroma is wheaty and sour, but not exactly lemon, more yuzu and lime. As expected, this is cloudy as fuck, so I won’t be so harsh on the appearance metric. thb (830) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 3, 2017
Faded straw colour, swampy. Not a lot of head, but lingering enough. Aroma is citrus, lactic, wheat bread. Taste is refreshing sour lemon, wheat. Effervescent bubbly. Clean finish. pintbypint (3672) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 18, 2017

Rating #2453 - 2016.04.15 - Bottle from trip to YVR. Pours a bubbly light yellow with a decent head - medium retention. Aroma is mild lemonade, mild funk. Palate is tart, notes of lemon. Medium-high carbonation. Extremely refreshing. hawthorne00 (3989) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 23, 2017
Bottle. Hazy gold, less than a coat of white head. Aroma of old lemons, damp laundry. Brighter and considerably tarter than suggested by the aroma with old and fresh lemons, light wheaty dough. Very refreshing on this hot evening. Good and dare I say it, proper. Davros (3209) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 17, 2017
Pours gold with a small head.
Nose shows doughy wheat, vanilla, lemon and elderflower.
Flavours include more lemon, vanilla, oak and a fair acidity. Metalchopz (3420) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 4, 2017
At first pour, a beautiful torpedo of carbonation forms in a clear light-yellow coloured brew. At last pour, the brew becomes cloudy with chunks of yeast floating through. White cap, decent retention, not much lace. Sour nose of citrus (mostly lemon) with some nice sweetness to balance. Lemon juice taste, but not as sour, blended with the yeast adding light tartiness. 375ml bottle. Clear, pink-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Sweet-ish and tart-ish, fruity aroma, notes of red berries, strawberry, raspberry, a touch of rhubarb. Taste is mildly tart, fruity, fruit acidic, notes of rhubarb and strawberry. Nice.
