I had reservations about this beer, due to its low ABV. Man was I wrong, never have I tasted quite a brew. Poured an unfiltered dark straw with no head. Aroma was of apple, basement, citrus, and coriander. Tasted of salty, sour lemons and apple. Had a medium body with a nice tart, sour tinglyness on the tongue. Was also fizzy with a dry sweetness near the end. My first Gose and it didn’t let me down. Oakes (17646) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 29, 2015
Cloudy blonde. Aroma is blueberry, lacto, salt, biscuit, gooseberry. Fresh, fruity, refrshing, berryish, salt comes in late to round it out, perfectly balanced. Stupid good. drpimento (3628) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 25, 2015
Very nice, super easy drinking beer. Aroma is to style, but on the mild side. Actually the rest of beer is like that- to style, but understated. And body is a maybe a hair thin. Very good though, still. laurent5345 (52) - CANADA - JUN 8, 2016
Très bonne biére acidulée. Raffraichissante. Faible en alcool. Définitivement à reprendre. Whatup14 (2001) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 4, 2012

Bouteille 375ml, 3,8%. Couleur paille foncée et trouble, mousse blanc cassé fugace. Arôme acide, citron, grains de coriandre, paille humide. Goût de crème sûre, grains de coriandre fin de bouche, salé, céréales, grande acidité. Carbonation moyenne, corps moyen, buvabilité extrême.
Bottle from the LCBO. Hazy straw-gold with a prodigious bright white head. Aroma of lemon and gooseberry, cracked wheat, a bit of salt. Body is soft and crisp, great refresher. Flavour is somehow bright and fusty at the same time, with ripples of fresh lemon balanced by an earthy saltiness and a bit of peppery yeast. Finish is suitably dry and tart, inspiring the swigs and swallows to proceed in a rapid succession. May not be for everyone, but for me, it’s a first rate beer that I’ve been drinking a lot of this summer. radiomgb (2686) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 18, 2015
375ml bottle from Broue Ha Ha in Gatineau, Quebec. Golden orange in colour with a thin lasting white head, light lacing. The aroma is lightly sour, fruity, wheat, some citrus. The flavour is of citrus, wheat, some salt, acidic. Finishes long, dry. Reimer96 (1743) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 23, 2015
Thanks to cfrancis for this one! Pours a hazy golden yellow with a small white ring that dissipates to almost nothing. Aroma of citrus, lemon, coriander, sour wheat and sea salt. Taste is sour wheat, sour lemons, soured wheat and lemon peels... Refreshing and crisp... Great gose! PanMarek (438) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2016
Pours a cloudy grapefruit color with energetic carbonation. Briny / lemony nose. Tart, citrusy taste with salty finish. A touch of wheat-like sweetness. Crisp, slightly bitter finish. An excellent, drinkable example. Ferris (15246) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 6, 2013
Bottle - Salty lime. Cloudy yellow with a thin head. Lemon, lime salt and a bit of sourness. Absurdly refreshing and clean finish. Great.
