I’m sitting here wheezing and coughing after running for the first time in just under a year and that was after a 6 month hiatus. When this snow melts, I hope to continue. That is all relevant, because I’m worried about spitting this funky, lemony, sour beer all over my monitor. I’ve paired it with 5 grapes larger than my testicles which are sweet and balance the beer very nicely. My body is very unhappy with my exercise and right now, it feels like it might convince me to never do this again. This beer is my reward for doing the deed and more beers will be rewards for further runs, so my body better get used to it. The aroma is wheaty and sour, but not exactly lemon, more yuzu and lime. As expected, this is cloudy as fuck, so I won’t be so harsh on the appearance metric.

Faded straw colour, swampy. Not a lot of head, but lingering enough. Aroma is citrus, lactic, wheat bread. Taste is refreshing sour lemon, wheat. Effervescent bubbly. Clean finish.
