Bottle (750 ml) at home. Split 2-ways. Hazy golden with a medium white head, good retention, leaving some lacing. Aroma is nicely hoppy - mostly grassy and floral hops - but there’s also some spicy malts and perfumy esters that I like a little less. Taste is floral and grassy with not much sweetness and medium resinous bitterness. Medium body. Medium to good carbonation. A bit oily mouthfeel. Not so dry finish, but rather grassy and resinous. A well-executed and nicely hoppy IPA with a flavor profile (spicy malts, perfumy notes) that isn’t something I dig.

Boutip (6526) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 19, 2015
Bottle: Poured a murkey yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with great retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops with light fruity notes as well as dry notes. Taste is also dominated by dry hoppy notes with nice floral notes of tropical fruits and some herbal notes. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Interesting use of hops varietals that are not common.

Drank on tap (20 oz) at Saint-Graal (Sainte-Thérèse, Quebec) on Octobre 18, 2015. Golden blonde, small head. Dru hoppy peach aroma, some sprouse note. Very dry hoppy taste, mostly pine with some pineapples notes, light bitterness. Fairly traditional IPA, but nice!
