Jolie bière cuivrée sous un col ample de couleur sable. Des arômes de caramel et de résine plutôt singuliers. Moyennement amère. Vive effervescence et de texture cremeuse avec un fin en bouche passablement longue.

341mL bottle, pours dark amber with a small head. Aroma of caramelized sugar, toffee, bready malts and light sour apple. Flavour of bready malts, caramel / toffee, candied sugar, grape and apple. Not too bad actually.

Rciesla (5499) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - DEC 30, 2010
Bottle, pours a copper ruddy tone with a white head a bit fizzy with light retention. Malty body caramel and light apple cores. A bit sweet bitter and a hint sour. Light and grainy. Average.

DeanF (2514) - Alberta, CANADA - DEC 17, 2010
Very little head, boring amber-orange body. This seems to be this brewer’s thing, and if that’s what they’re after, ugly looking beers, then more power to them. Aroma of bready malts, very simple. Taste is a nice mix of malt with a bitter finish. Some of these "red" beers end up very watery, but this one again has a great taste. Crappy looking beers with poor aroma but great taste - that’s this brewer for you.

Bov (13219) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - NOV 23, 2010
from Mondial de la Bière 2010, Strasbourg - pours a translucid red-amber beer with a modest foam left; aroma of chewy malts and strawberries marmalade; velvety mouthfeel and with a quite high carbonation, sweet and gently sticky; sweetish aftertaste of berries and caramel - not my kind of beer

neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 2, 2010
341 mL bottle from Dépanneur Simon Anthony in Montréal, served in a lager glass. Pours clear copper with a frothy tan head. The head slowly fades to a bare cover and leaves trivial lace. On the nose, there are aromas of grain, caramel, hops and a hint of flowers. The flavour is well balanced between toasted nutty malts and caramel on the one hand and fresh hops on the other. It is also slightly acidic throughout. The finish is medium in length and malty. On the palate, it is light-medium in body with a smooth, milky texture and soft carbonation. On the whole, a rather simple beer, but one I liked more than I expected. It has a very nice malty character but does not neglect the hops. A fine session beer. 2010-10-02

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2010 Bière rousse de 5% de type vienna, mousseuse et pétillante, un peu malté et un peu houblonné, bel équilibre.

DerWeg (1703) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 11, 2010
Clear medium red, ring white head. Not much nose. Sweet fruit and peanut. Taste sweet - acidic fruit and peanut, just kind of OK.

sseb69 (1937) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 28, 2010
UPDATED: NOV 6, 2014 Bouteille 341 ml. 5%. Belle couleur brune-rousse claire. Arôme sucrée de caramel et un peu de houblon floral. Goût de caramel, malt et un peu de noisettes. Très bonne bière.

SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 27, 2010
