I have loved every beer from Les Trois. Pours a bright ruby red orange body with a two finger yellowish head. The nose is sweet and caramelly with a hint of toffee and grainy notes. Odd musty aroma...not awful. Light citrus hop aromas. The flavor has lemon and grapefruit hoppiness, but not too bitter. Sweet and caramel malts. Overall, well balanced and tasty.

Butelka nabyta na Giełdzie w Tychach 2017 wypita w domu. Kolor pomarańczowy, opalizujący, piana biała mocna. Aromat intensywny cytrynowy z owocami cytrusowymi. W smaku orzeźwiające, rześkie, mocne nagazowanie ze średnią goryczką. Bardzo dobre piwo.

Bottle, 375mL. Home. A golden orange beer with a medium white head ; medium retention ; ok lacing. Fruits (citrus), resin, herb, light caramel, flower. Medium dry bitter refreshing ; light sweet. Light body, light to medium texture, soft carbonation, dry floral lasting refreshing finish. Overall, enjoyable.

Pours a clear golden/copper color with a big white head. Nose of grapefruit, mango, peach, Some herbal notes, pine, a bit of roasted malt nose. It’s kind of interesting on the palate. Taste is medium sweetness with a small lingering hop bitterness. Light to medium body. You get a bit of acidity in there as well. It really balances well.

Bierdimpfe (640) - Quebec, CANADA - OCT 16, 2016
Veiled dark gold color, red hue, with moderate activity. Foamy and frothy white 3 finger head, lasting around 15 minutes, with thick legs. Flavors of sweet roasted grains, lemon, orange, clove, caramel, grapefruits, herbal noble spices. Balanced sweetness with bitter grassy hops. Slick and smooth full body with zesty carbonation, almost champagne like. Strong strength finish, astringent smoky grass, very herbal and leafy, with citrus and faint pine tar. Bold grassy feel, but quite complex and with quality ingredients. Highly tongue coating thus reducing the freshness. Nice flavors, well balanced, while the finish is slightly overly intensified. Overall a very good quality craft.

Nez assez levures, fond de pêche. Bouche à l’attaque relativement maltée, léger houblonnage et levure présente. Pas trop mal. Je ne trouve pas spécialement que c’est une American pale ale mais plutôt une blonde de type belge...

Pours a hazy amber color with medium white head. Malty aroma, caramel, tropical fruits, citrus and grass. Taste follows the aroma, caramel malts, citrus, grass and tropical notes, with a strong bitter aftertaste.

Amber-orange colour, with a one finger head that fades soon, leaving a small lace. Aroma of tropical fruits, malts, caramel. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, creamy palate. Taste of tropical fruits, grapefruit, caramel. Good one, though I expected it not so sweet.

Clear amber body, four fingers of lasting white head. Aroma of caramel, grapefruits, orange peel notes. Flavours of grapefruits, citrus, caramel and a nice bitter backbone. Medium crispy bitter finish, ends dry. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
