An outstanding beer from French Canada. Had it on tap at East of Everything, Melbourne. Amazing hop aroma and firm bitterness with the smooth texture of a classic hefeweizen. Brilliant stuff, would drink again but is probably pretty hard to come by.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours slightly hazy light amber with a medium but stable foam. Aroma is nicely floral with some hints of citrus, hoppy indeed. Medium body with a light carbonation to support the tropical fruity flavours. Leads into a fruity and slightly bitter, yet rather short finish on the palate. Juicy and tasty. Yum!

0.375l bottle. Hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Aroma of bread, mango, lemon zest, cloves, grass and medicinal hops. Taste of bread, lemon zest, banana, mango, citruses and medicinal hops. The description is proper in that its really like a mixture of a German wheat beer and an APA. I like it.

Pours a golden clearish color with a small white head. Fruity nose. Banana notes, cloves, citrus notes, funky lemon and other tropical fruits. You get a bit of cereal, wheat aroma as well. Pretty sweet taste but not really overpowering. palate is kind of sticky a bit. You get a nice medium hops finish with tons of flavors going through. This is really nice. Decent carbonation.

[email protected] - pretty clear dark blond beer under a solid long lasting white foam; quite hoppy with notes of ripe fruits and honey; full-bodied, sweet and very tasty, lively palate; light chewy and sticky; bitter finish with residual sugars and more ripe fruits and spicy hops - superb

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2016 very hazy yellow colour, moderate sized dense white head; aroma of intensive tropical fruits, some citruses and banana, hints of caramel and wet wheat; taste is a perfect mixture of a great weizen and a tropical fruity IPA with hop dominance; although not as good as the perfect Schneider Meine Hopfen-Weisse, still extremely enjoyable!

Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of hop. Well balanced and nicely bitter.
