On tap at Dieu du Ciel with Andy, Ricky, PJ for Broquest/Igloofest 2013. Very light color. Notes of peach and pear; not acidic or too carbonated. Soft and delicate, but very tasty. Liked it a lot. LadyRainicorn (29) - - NOV 22, 2012
On tap at Dieu du Ciel, pours a clear white wine-coloured blond with a small white head. Aroma of apple sauce, some mild white wines notes and pear. Flavour is quite sweet, with sweet apple puree, some pears and a very slight tartness. Refreshing and easy-to-drink, albeit quite sweet. Solid stuff.

On tap at Le Saint-Bock - Montreal, QC. Clean, citrus-like apple aroma. Flavors are really refreshing, bubbly and carbonic up front. Grip fails to develop with a missing acid or tannic component to close out the fairly high sweetness level of the cider. I don’t think the depth of fresh apple flavor is all that great either. This is alright, certainly above average for many larger-scale cider products. yespr (46781) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 20, 2011
