COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ignite your passion with this unique multigrain beer. This golden ale is brewed in the typical belgian tradition and brewer's knowledge. The golden color radiates warmth and noblesse. The recipe is based on barley, oats and wheat. Historically the combination of these three grains has proven to be the ideal one. Coriander and spice are to be found in the nose. The smooth flavour is very well balanced and combines a slight acidity with a sweet body and a subtle bitter finish. Alcohol is 7° vol.

Hildigöltur (5104) - København, DENMARK - AUG 22, 2004
Brewed especially for Beerhouse Saga, Deinze. Deep golden coloured with big white head and some sediment. Nice hoppy and spicy aroma. Fruity flavour with a very hoppy finish for a Belgian ale. Soft mouthfeel. Very well balanced. It tastes somewhat like a hoppier version of Alvinne Blond.

A very nice tasting beer. The combination of the 3 grains makes this beer very special.

sayravai (4710) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 18, 2007
(Bottled, 0.33l) Opaque orange with a largeish, very persistent, creamy and lacy – almost Duvely – head. Very fruity, sweetish-orangey, grainy-pale-malty aroma. Slightly acidic, fruity and mildly yeasty flavor – again much like Duvel, only smoother, thicker, and with less hops. Medium-bodied with pretty smooth carbonation. A simple and straightforward recipe, but it seems to work surprisingly well, and doesn’t irritate in any way. You don’t always have to try to be different – as long as you brew enjoyable beer.

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JAN 8, 2009
Draught. Cloudy orange colour. Big stable off-white head. The aroma is fruity and refreshingly citric. The flavour is sweet and nicely malty. Fruity as well, soft fruit like apricot, perhaps plum and pear. Also some spicy notes, cookie spices of some sort. Has some alcohol to balance the sweetness and spices. A pleasant surprise.

bager (2120) - Copenhagen N, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2006
Bottle at Plan B. Dark golden in colour with a rather large white head. Hoppy and spicey with fruity notes. Pretty good palete. Somewhat bitter finish.

Bottle. Clear medium orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty and yeasty, fruit, toffee, notes of coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (250807)

Bottle @ Staminee de Garre, Brügge.
Pours lightly hazy coppery golden with a medium, frothy and lightly off-white head. Aroma has oranges, light tartness. There is good malt balance and a slight spiciness. Medium carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, some green apples, pepper and biscuity malts. Quite nice.

Bontus (800) - Flanders, BELGIUM - NOV 28, 2010
Bottle, Den Brabander Tielrode. Pours chill hazy yellow with a clear white head. Coriander and lemon zest aroma nose, also some smell "from ’t putjen". Wheat spruceness and freshness quite upfront. Good balance, good mouthfeel, a karmeliet light.

kraddel (8173) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - APR 8, 2017
@ Wieze Beerfestival 2017. Pours rather clear yellow. No real head. Smell is bit sweet. Fairly complex. Taste is fairly bitter, malty, bit hoppy. OK complexity, good MF and carbo
