Tried this beer at the bishops collar on 5/12/17. I really enjoyed this beer. It had a nice blend of hoppy and citrus but not too heavy or thick.

12 oz. draft at the soruce. Clear amber / gold color with lasting head retention. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, and mild crystal malt. The flavor is classic, cascade, Amarillo, centennial hop varieties. Starts with citrus and ends on pine. Body is medium with a nice carbonation level giving a tangle on the tongue to combine with a medium grapefruit bitterness. Very classic IPA! Nicely done. Fruity and bitter IPA. Good balance. Notes of citrus, pine, hop, malt and spices. Refreshing drink even at its higher than normal ABV. Medium duration. Really good.
