DruncanVeasey (8260) - Nr NUNEATON, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2012
Cask handpull, The Penny Black, Kidderminster, 10/11/12. Dense, shaving foam top over clear chestnut. Hints of nougat and chestnut; some orange and berries, grapeskin, marzipan. Rusty, coppery aroma not giving much away. Deeply ordinary and not doing anything to relieve the agony of yet another last minute heartbreak.

[Gravity cask at Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading] Amber-red, slight white head. A little toffee, a little blackberry, but mainly brownish water. Dull dull dull.

Overall - Plain stuff but it’s OK
