[7340-20150704] Tap. Grainy herbal aroma. Hazy, light brown body with a quick foamy white head. Herbal swamp water flavour. Medium body. Interesting but not in a good way. (6/3/5/3/11) 2.8 jercraigs (10921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 22, 2015

2015-07-04. Hazy dark orange body, modest head. Aroma is muddled herbal fruit. Flavour is similar with muddled fruit character and herbaceous notes. Average bodied palate, good carbonation. Pretty disappointing, it sounded nice. On tap at HopCat, Detroit. tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - MAR 10, 2014
Tap @ Liberty: Hazy, stoplight amber with a bone white head that’s quick to fizzle away to a thin ring. Aroma has lots of soft wheat, mild orange, lemon zest, & a very mild spice, although "thyme" would not be my first descriptor. Laid back, easy going... Much more spice with the first sip - now I can definitely pick out the thyme in the taste. Heavy thyme with a strong wheaty undertone, notes of orange & lemon zest fading into a thyme-laden, spicy finish. Easy drinking... You must enjoy thyme to enjoy this beer... Luckily, I like thyme! Refreshing, this is one for the warmer months. Unique & pretty tasty. Alextricity (509) - Michigan, USA - OCT 5, 2013
A snarler from Liberty Street Brewing and poured into a shaker pint. RespertFTW (520) - Michigan, USA - JUL 27, 2013
This beer all-around is just the very definition of an entry-level/starter’s beer. First off, I’d definitely consider this a wheat beer instead of an herbed/spiced one. The wheat in this is extremely prominent. The beer itself has a nice citrus aroma to it with hints of spice, but it’s not something that will make you drool. For the taste, well. Confusing. At first, I was getting this unusual bitterness... like the beer was stale, or something. As I got down my glass, that weird flavor started going away, and the beer got more enjoyable. Compared to the Summer Shandy I had a few hours earlier... this isn’t much better, unfortunately. That weird initial stale sort of flavor threw me off quite a lot at first, but it did get a little bit better.
This beer’s alright... a safe bet if you don’t know what to get when you’re there, or need to make a quick decision. For the big beer aficianado though, this beer more than likely won’t have you jumping up and down.
Draft at crunchy’s. gold with some haze. Heavy heavy thyme flavor. More faint on the lime. Not a great flavor for beer.

Draft at crunchy's. light hazy gold. Lots of lemon and herbs aromas. Flavor is like eating a spoon of Italian seasoning. deyholla (12439) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUN 22, 2013
On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of thyme with lemon and a touch of citrus. Flavor is thyme heavy up front with citrus and wheat coming out in the finish. paintedmaple (671) - People’s Republic of Bloomington, Indiana, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Tried my wife’s pint and thought it was pretty good for a summer wheat. My wife reported that while she likes lemony wheats - this one was a bit overdone. Overall not bad. b3shine (9200) - Indiana, USA - JUL 25, 2012
Growler to pint (thanks mikem409). Looks decent; a transparent copper with thin white lacing. Smells doughy and wheaty with notes of thyme. Tastes like it smells with a little bite from the lemon and hops. Average on the palate. Not bad. umich03jm (3512) - Flat Rock, Michigan, USA - APR 18, 2012
Interesting beer. Summery ale with very unique spicing. Must be the thyme. The more I drank the more I enjoyed. I recommend to try.
