Rumbero (70) - Miami, Florida, USA - JAN 7, 2017
on tap at the brewery tasting room - aroma is mostly coming from Belgian yeast in form of fruity esters. theres also traces of cookie dough and peppery spice. it is pale gold with a 1/2" white head that disappears a little too quickly. it is perfectly clear and shows proper lacing. on the palate, medium body, crisp carbonation, creamy texture and expected effervescent astringency. the taste is a combination of soft malts, caramelly sweetness and flavors derived from the yeast. bitterness is significant. the finish is unexpectedly sweet with lingering bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Musk on the nose, light yeast and malt. Medium bodied, gentle musk, soft and light, wheat and yeast. Super easy drinking, light and lovely, incredibly smooth. Slow musk, light fruit, a touch of metallic yeast esters.

Great beer. Subtle notes of spice and fruit. Very easy to drink but more complex than a typical saison (if there is such a thing). A little wit like. Had on tap at Jimmy's No 43 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lubiere (13428) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 16, 2015
A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of perfumy quality, light peated notes, nice. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, coriander notes, light pepper, light peated notes, alcohol warmth, OK. On tap at Beer Culture NYC.

Clear golden color with a white head. Very yeasty on the flavor and aroma. Spice, lightly fruity. Heavily carbonated. Decent.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours hazy with a white head. Aroma is bready and spicy. Taste is similarly bready and yeasty. Not bad but also not very inspired.
