Bread, dough, and grass. A little lemon zest. Clean and a little dry. Soft carbonation.

Tap at Station House, Forest Hills. Pours light yellow, almost no head. Aroma is light pils malt, very sweet notes, corn, cardboard, Kölsch. Flavor is light and sweet, lemon, easy drinking. Can from Bread and Honey; shared with Linh on Thanksgiving 2016. Pours a pale, hazy golden body with white head and decent lacing. Nose is lemon, corn and grains. On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, grass, floral. Thin mouth, grass, lemon zest, funky, light finish, very good.
