[My bottle (750ml) shared w/ GregClow, jercraigs & mabel] Slow gusher. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a long-lasting massive fluffy white head. Some lacing. Nice Bretty aroma, it’s funky, lightly spicy, musty and also fruity -- I like it. Flavour is also nice and also Bretty and fruity. Medium bodied. Really good. jercraigs (10921) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 15, 2016
2016-12-09. Hazy pastel yellow-orange body, massive foamy white head. 3++ Aroma is oddly floral, doughy and funky. Nice up front then alternately sort of unappealing somehow. Flavour is lightly bitter up front, musty overtones, lightly grainy. Average plus bodied palate, effervescent carbonation. 3+ Interesting, but doesn’t quite live up to my hopes for it. 6-7/3-4/7/3/15 Bottle shared by Blankboy. trapped (3661) - New York, TURKEY - DEC 12, 2016
Draught @ the source. Hazy dark yellow with large foamy whitish head, citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter citrus peel taste, smooth body, long bitter grapefruit finish. Quite a nice DIPA. GregClow (3402) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 9, 2016
Bottle shared with blankboy, jercraigs & mabel - blankboy’s bottle. Hazy yellow, massive rocky white head. Curious aroma - nice tropical fruit, especially pineapple, but also lots of funk, with notes of cheese and durian. Flavour is more fruit forward, with the funk dropping to the background. Sharp and lively carbonation. Peach and tangerine in finish. Didn’t love the start but ended up really enjoying it.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Rating #5600! jtclockwork (17343) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 4, 2016
Cloudy, murky pour. Orange color, with a huge head. Apparently they had a bit of an issue with bottle conditioning with brett, so I knew to pour slowly, but still, it’s quite difficult to get it to not be 3/4 head. Anyway, once you finally get it into a glass and wait impatiently for the head to die down, there’s a really nice aroma here. Strong and fruity, lots of mango, stone fruit, and tropical fruit. Some funky notes as well. The taste starts fruity but becomes much more funky and dry from the mid palate to the close. Tingly feel, medium bodied, dry, bretty finish. Maybe not a flawless rendition of a bottle conditioned brett beer, but man does that yeast do some cool things here. I feel like future bottle runs of this should be even better, is a little flawed, but it is really close to being great in my mind at least. For now I’ll score it here.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is funky brett and fruit. Taste is lightly bitter with a nice aftertaste. Kind of a little bit sweet. Pleasant.
