COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ein erster Versuch mit wilden Organismen, die wir bisher im Bier nicht wünschten: Brettanomyces, Milchsäurebakterien. Dieser "Viecher" verwandeln ein mit Saccharomyces vergorenes Bier in ein aromatisches Feuerwerk. Die Säure im Oud Bruin ist mittelstark, die Säure im Brett Ale ist mild.
Die Mikroorganismen wurden selbst "gefangen" und für gut befunden! Immer der Nase nach.

Draught at Craft Bier Wien. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Fruity and light acidic aroma of oak, red wine and berries. Light acidic flavour of oak, red wine and barnyard. Tart finish.

From tap at CBF Wien, Pours deep cloudy amber red liquid, small frothy white head, Aroma: ripe cherries/ griotte cherries, sour, fruity, alcohol, funky, Taste: light to medium sweet., light to medium bitter, medium to heavy sour, fruity, funky, brett, cherries, ripe fruits, Overall: enjoyed, very good sour ale.

0,1l from bottle at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared by Cuso & Gurthnar, thanks. amber cloudy color, small off-white head. smells wood, sour, spices, green apples, marzipan, some funk, nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sour, some fruits, green apples, peach, spices, light wood, a bit dusty. finishes sour with green apples and dusty notes. good stuff.

Tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien. Very clean sourness. As good as the traditional Belgian ones. Oh man, this is the stuff. Soooo well balanced. Great beer. Very easy drinking, sessionable.

Tap. Dark amber Body with tan head. Aroma is fruity Brett with malts in the background. Taste is wonderful balanced between sour and sweetness with fruits. Aftertaste is fruity with sourness. Wonderful.
