Near black body with a quarter inch of beige collar. Cinnamon, assorted spices, chocolate, vanilla, oak, bourbon in the olfactory senses. Medium to full body. Pepper and chili heat emerges in the finish. A complex beer perfect for sipping. The best offering from this brewery I have had thus far.

Braudog (6836) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUL 20, 2016
Bottle. Viscous pour, with a distinct raspberry-red tint. The head is thin, but holds well. The flavors are quite robust, with a definite hint of whiskey, buring in the background. Underneath is a nice blanket of choco-pepper stout. Good shite. (#6243, 7/20/2016)
