Bottle.Light cereal for the malt, moderate lemon for the hops, light to moderate yeast aroma of dough, with sweet white wine and fresh apricot in the background. Head is small, frothy, white with almost no lacing and is almost fully diminishing. Color is murky medium amber/tan. Flavor starts moderately to heavily sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes moderately bittersweet. Palate is medium to full, oily with a soft carbonation and a dry finish. Not very true to a Tripel, but still a good drinking beer. DCLawyer (2843) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - JUL 21, 2015

750 ml bottle purchased at Whole Foods, Tampa. Deep golden color with almost a burnt orange hue, nearly no head to speak of head. Aroma is light fruits, sugar, subtle yeast and malted wheat. slowrunner77 (12581) - Reno, Nevada, USA - MAY 7, 2015
The flavor shows apricot and pears upfront with the yeast being a stable base of this brew. Some secondary sweet grain notes. The texture is a tad oily with the yeast giving a medium chewy element. The finish has fruity yeast but ends clean. Pretty decent and rather nice to drink.
aroma is instantly fruity in both a good and bad way. doesn’t taste much like a tripel per se, and I had to read the bpttle to make sure it wasn’t aged on some weird hipster wooden vessel. overall, it was a decent strong fruity beer, but not a fan as a tripel. jbruner (5121) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - APR 2, 2015
Bottle at catch 22 bottle share! Pours a hazy gold with big white head. Aroma of Belgian spicy esters with a sweet malty backbone.
