(swing top bottle) Slightly cloudy golden colour with a frothy white small head. Sweet malty and toasted bread aroma with grassy hops in the background. Light sweet flavour, smooth carbonated, medium bodied. Well balanced initial soft sweet maltiness and a gentle bitterdry hoppiness. Excellent, almost astringent hopbitter finish. A quaffable uncommon, light-filtered Pilsener.

Der Antrunk ist gelungen herb-würzig und weist später passend hopfig-getreidge Noten auf, die kurz darauf auf gleicher Intensität mit der Würze liegen. Die Aromen harmonisieren dann aber doch nicht hundert prozentig und egalisieren sich teilweise gegenseitig. So kommt es auch, dass zum Ende zunehmend die Herbe an Bedeutung gewinnt. Insgesamt ergibt sich aber ein stimiges Bild, es ergibt sich ein würziges Pils, bei dem der Gebrauch von Aromahopfen auffällt. 9/10/11/10/9/10

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour with small foamy white head. Aroma is grains, grass and mild malty notes as well as some herbs. Flavour is herbal, grassy, a bit hayish along with some bready malts and mild grains. Rather bitter grassy/hayish finish.

(Liebharts Residenz Bio Pils) Swing top bottle 500 ml at home, served into a glass tankard, ABV 4.8% Deep golden colour on the body, clear, with good activity in it, and one finger of a quite thick, white head on top. Aroma of grains, light malts, hay. Sweet taste, with grains and malts, dry grass, hay. Meedium thin body, carbonation on the high side. Good.

Swing top botella. Clear golden with a huge fairly well lasting white creamish bubbly head. Good lacing. Aroma of some malt with bitter hops and some grains. Good mouthfeel. The flavour has a nice soft pleasant bitterness with grains and hops along with a mild maltiness. Dry mildly bitter finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, flowers, perfume, hay - grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110416]
