Bottle 33cl. A nice but different blond ale, its have more orange colour. Some some honey and fruitish aftertaste. thedm (6279) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 8, 2004
The DM & Hotstuff’s European Honeymoon trip beer number 27. This draft brew from the Erasmus pub in Brugge poured a uncarbonated transparent yellow golden colored body from a head that left a good lacing. The aroma was strong with an overriding yet good sweaty sock note and more mellow malty and doughy notes. The mouth feel was smooth with a vinous malty flavor. This brew was very yummy tasty and just plain good overall. hotstuff (5208) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 27, 2004
Draft at the Erasmus in Brugge, Belgium. Transparent and uncarbonated body with a yellow hue. Good lacing. Aroma was some malt and spicy notes. Flavor was malty. Smooth and dry mouthfeel. Light bodied beer that was pretty decent. jerohen (2325) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - JUL 31, 2005
On draft at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Clear golden coloured, nice lacing. Some spices (i’m never sure which ones) and some fruit (citrus). Very refreshing flavour, some sourness, malts. Nice! omhper (25372) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - FEB 28, 2006
UPDATED: APR 20, 2006 Draught at Duvel Café. Stockholm. Clear pale amber, rocky head. Lightly vinous nose with notes of cherries and wild yeast. Sweet with some honey and crystalized sugar, clean mouthfeel. Somewhat fruity with light almondy yeast character. Very elegant.

The color is warm golden and the head is moderat. The aroma has nice notes of fruit and spice and the flavour has notes of coriander, fruit, flower, honey, sweetness and a nice warm touch of alcohol. The finish is lightly citrussy. It’s a nice blond with more character than most in this style. 1693 FatPhil (16683) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAR 21, 2008

Mid orange, tiny head. Sharp and sour hoppy aroma. Also fleshy and light fruits. Very soft mouthfeel, pleasant carbonation. Very malty body, rich caramel, and soft but quite potent hops. Subtle but long hoppy bitter finish. Looking forward to having this again.

Wow, this has aged beautifully. Super raisiny aroma, cognacy too. Sweet body, but also pleasantly nutty. No hint of alcohol. Beautifully mellow. Finish lacking as much hop character as before, but still a little biting bitterness.

Orangey golden body, ever so slightly hazy. Thick fluffy white head that slowly went away. Spicy yeasty nose, some dull honey and agrumes Some dust. Light sweet malty taste, remarkably pleasant, notes of candied orange, slightly sourish and yeasty. Extremely weak cardboard is the only indication that this is a bit old. A remarkably drinkable blond and a very pleasant surprise.
Bottle at kulminator .

Smell is dusty , sweet , madeira -maltyness .
Taste is sweet , touch metallicness . Nice , sweet , full , grainish malty . nice . Perhaps over the top , but still drinkable and a damn nice aftertaste caesar (7165) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - JUL 31, 2005
Draft, In de Wildeman. Clear golden color, short white head. Aroma is very fruity, some strawberry, bit citrus, soft gueuze tartness. Sweet and sour taste, quite refreshing though. Very strange brew, but a nice welcome in the usual beer selection.
