OleR (4804) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 16, 2007
Bottle @ Bierbrasserie Cambrinus, Brugge. Clear copper brown body. Thin and dense, tanned head. Modest aromas of fairly sweet malts with raw and chalky hops. Scents of cellar and spice. Predominant malt taste. Also a light chocolate flavor, some bittering hops, yeast and alcohol. Medium-bodied. Drinkable, but a neutral and rather unexciting Tripel.

rederic (3337) - montréal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 22, 2007
Hazy amber-orangeish hue, with a white head, leaving laces, yeasty fruity nose of ripe apples, peaches, with a sweet pale and caramelized malt accent, bready dough, hint of spiciness in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a sweet yeasty fruity character of ripe apples, a faint citrusy note, a bit cheesy, with some caramel malts, hint of honey, when the beer gets warmer an alcoholic warmth shows up, leading towards a mellow sweet maltiness and a lingering floral hop bitterness finish.
