A - Pours cranberry red with a light pink head. S - Cherry hard candy, tart raspberries. T - Cherry and raspberry sweetness, mild tartness. Reminds me of a "smartee" candy. M - Spritzy carbonation, medium bodied, finishes sharp. Fruity and refreshing. Very focused. Good flavors without being cloying. I enjoyed this very much. Serving type: bottle 10-30-2011

Old rating. Bottle. Liked this one a bit better than the apple version. Still a bit too sweet and could be described fairly accurate as alcoholic fruit juice.

Ruby intense staining the opaque red cherry. The foam is high pinkish hue with good length and well aerated with micro bubbles. The foam mark the sides of the tulip. This beautiful beer pronounced in the aroma of raspberry that integrates harmoniously. The taste is an explosion of raspberries in a velvety feel. We can notice a pleasant bitterness characteristic of acid red fruit with a citrus sure inserted stressing the palate. Excellent beer Fruitbeer style whose main characteristic balance between the sweetness of citrus fruits and this acidity. A spectacular drinkability that for those hot days is a lost much, much better than soft drinks.

Raspberry version in this series, which was discontinued when Riva went bankrupt. Dark reddish colour with pinkish head, aroma very grenadine-like with not much else happening, taste very sweet, grenadine, syrupy, cloying.

vipinvelp (4505) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - AUG 29, 2013
UPDATED: AUG 30, 2013 Red somewhat opaque with reddish lacing foam head. Aroma is sour berries, do is taste initially. While digesting this taste it turns bit sweeter and the raspberry taste is appearing more and more. (Den Haag 201308) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
