UPDATED: MAR 18, 2016 Deep cherry appearance with small pink head. Huge Aroma of candy and fake red fruit. Medium sticky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Aftertaste is candy sweet with a small malt tone. Overall: liquid candy! Whats not to like? SanfordBrewer (1581) - Sanford, Florida, USA - AUG 25, 2013
ruby mahogany with a dense pink head. wonderful soft full body with medium-high carbonation. served chilled rather than cold, and poured a bit roughly, the mouthfeel is full and round and perfect.knotthead (15) - Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - OCT 17, 2013
aroma: a bouquet of sweet ripe berries and whole cherries over a dark bready malt background with notes of chocolate and caramel. there is a bit of basement yeast character, but no sour.
taste: exactly the same as aroma.
i would like some sourness in there, but it is quite pleasant as it is, and sufficiently complex. it says fruity and sweet on the label, so i find it very difficult to find any flaw in this, it just needs to be treated and served appropriately for what it is. it would be a great treat for some non beer-fans i know, and fun for pairing or even blending. maybe too sweet by itself but excellent with some mildly tangy soft cow/sheep/goat cheeses.
Almost like bubble gum for adults, this is a deliciously perfumed fruity beer. Feels sparkly and light, like a breezy warm late summers evening. Good red colour. AtronSeige (1595) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JUN 23, 2013

I loved this beer. Bottle shared with northropfrye at Beer Bros. in Regina. A sweet and very fruity beer, true to its name. Excellent dessert beer. ectuohy27 (1191) - ESTONIA - MAR 5, 2012
A bit thinner and more light-fruited than e.g. Lindemans, this is nonetheless an absolutely fantastic beer obguthr (6456) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JAN 12, 2011
Draft as Liefman’s Fruitesse @ Birch Bar Norfolk VA: Aroma is a delightful mix of Skittles and Jolly Ranchers, cherry, lime, raspberry, and orange are discernible. Crystal clear ruby colored. Flavor is of a bag of sweet tarts, mainly raspberry and strawberry. Kind of a girly beer, but delicious. Fruity and complex, I could literally drink this all day. Strong fruit aroma with a red appearance. The blends of fruit are very smooth, tasting like a mixed fruit cobbler. The berry flavors are bold and refreshing. bigguns22 (798) - Maryland, USA - JUN 12, 2013
