COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale golder, Belgian-influenced ale is for everyone: Farm Girl, wannabe Farm Girl. In the Belgian Farmhouse tradition, this brew has a dry malt finish and a spicyness that only Belgian yeasts can create. Smooth and well rounded... this one can please anyone in any situation, whether you are on the water, in the sun, or hiding from winter’s chill.

Head disappears quickly, leaving a straw-colored beer with minimal carbonation. Aroma is freshly baked bread and pepper. Light body and mostly sweet finish. Not a whole lot of there there.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, golden yellow, no real head or lacing. Aroma of banana, cloves and yeast. Taste is sweet and fruity, yeast and spices. Dry finish. This is probably pretty good during hot summer days although I’m drinking it in the middle of a Minnesota winter... Not bad, drinkable.

Barely qualifies for the saison moniker. Short lived head, no lace. Body is a tad thin. Aroma isn’t bad- yeast, wet grain, but little pungency. Slightly on the sweet side. Meh.

Strykzone (7357) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - AUG 8, 2015
Sampled at great taste. Hazy gold with some white in it. Thin feel. Grassy with some lemon. Not enough here.

On tap at The Happy Gnome. Unexceptional saison. Cloudy yellow lace. Ok drinkability. More use of pepper.

Jow (3924) - New York, USA - JUN 7, 2015
Tap at a twins game. Hazy yellow pour. Nose is candy and yeast. Tastes of lots of belgian yeast, candy, grass, vanilla, and some barnyard funk. Touch too sweet but still on perfect Sunday in Target field no complaints.

On tap at New Bohemia. Hazy orange gold color. Minimal white head. Citrus aroma. Carbonated medium body texture. Citrus grainy flavor. Good summer beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at MSP. Hazy deep golden color, medium white head. Aroma of freshly cut hay, very light funk. Taste is sweet dusty straw. Nice.

On tap at Happy Gnome. Pour is clear golden with no visible head. Musty, lemony, doughy, herbs, and grass notes in the aroma. Taste is biscuit, straw, light pepper, somewhat musty, Belgian yeasty, and cracker malty. Light body with high carbonation. Nothing wrong with it, just uninspiring.
