COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This pale golder, Belgian-influenced ale is for everyone: Farm Girl, wannabe Farm Girl. In the Belgian Farmhouse tradition, this brew has a dry malt finish and a spicyness that only Belgian yeasts can create. Smooth and well rounded... this one can please anyone in any situation, whether you are on the water, in the sun, or hiding from winter’s chill.

Yellow pour from 12oz bottle at home. Foggy with white head. Lemon, wheat and fruity aroma. Dry, test, flowery, lemon flavor. Average. Pound able.

Tap at Blue Door Pub. Hazy yellow. Yeast, under ripe bananas, bread and light clove. Taste is dry, with a yeasty aftertaste. Body is lighter with a fizzy, filmy feel.

bottle. Poured hazy straw coloured with a thin white head. Faint citrusy wheat aroma. Light body, prickly carbonation, dry finish. Flavour of light malt, yeasty with lemon citrus and a hint of spice.

Bottle, shared by Ferris. Bright hazy lemony yellow with a soft pillowy head. Strong aroma of marshmallow banana candies and bubblegum. Sweet profile, and I can’t ignore the candyish character-- more like a sweetened Belgian witbier than a saison. Didn’t care for it at all.

Bottle - Candy banana, grass and bubblegum. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Banana, grass and citrus. Sweet.

A hazy yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is wheat snd intense Belgian funk. The flavor is clove, wheat, and yeast.

Lighter than I would’ve expected, with a different spice profile, less pepper, more clove. Tasty, but not a saison.

Bottle poured into my HOTD tulip glass.

A - Pours straw yellow with a decent one finger tall white head leaving small wisps of lacing down the glass.

S - Smells like a wheat beer to me. It has a few hints of apples, pears, and lemon but it is mostly just wheat.

T - Starts off with a big dose of chewy wheat slowly giving way to a mix of dulled fruits - similar to the nose - and a touch of light funk. Finish is pretty chewy, lingering for some time. Is this really a saison? Could have fooled me.

M - Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Chewy feel with a tiny bit of funk, lingering through the finish.

O - Meh, this was ok at best. It really didn’t taste like a saison at all until it came completely to room temp. I wouldn’t seek this one out.

Sweet and malty. Hints of cinnamon and spices. Yeasty aroma. Impressed this was an option at a theater

12oz bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, barely any head. Slightly sour yeast bread aroma, taste is clear and sour. It’s a bit thin to be a saison, but ok.
