COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lightly carbonated, moderately sweet, medium-bodied Belgian-style Ale is smooth and well-rounded with a hint of spiciness only Belgian yeasts can create. Farm Girl Saison was lovingly created for the wife of a co-founder, inspired by the farm she grew up on.

On tap September 28, 2013 at ABR. Cloudy yellow pour. Have had this before, just never rated for some reason.

Bottle at Marx, Stillwater. Can’t believe I’ve never rated this as I’ve had it a number of times. It was a favorite among beer aficionados and non during our groom’s dinner in Stillwater a couple of days ago. Murky, light orange with a quickly dissipating head. An excellent, easy drinking saison. Most true to style beer I’ve had from Lift Bridge.

12oz. bottle to my favorite snifter. Aroma is... I not sure I can’t get much out of it. Some wheat honey and faint citrus and flowers very faint. Appearance is great murky gold yellow with minimal head and lacing. Taste I feel like I have a Blue Moon in my hand. A lot of wheat honey and citrus in the tasat with dry finish. Palate is thin and dry with little fizz. Overall I think its like drinking a Blue Moon which really is’nt my thing anymore, It is definitly not bad a very drinkable beer.

Tap in Republic, Minneapolis. Wheaty, grainy, flat looking yellow in colour, a little sweet, good yeasty feel, quenching. Maybe not the most complex beer ever made but very refreshing.

Has a very light wheat/bread scent, and pours a light golden color. Has a nice Belgian taste to it. Very drinkable and would be good in the summer.

pours hazy gold with a medium foamy white head. Aroma is grainy/corny malt, some yeasty tones, some kind of vegetable thing going on. Maybe the corn mixed with the herbal hop...? lemony citrus as well as some herbal hop tones. Flavour is earthy herbal -hay hop over light grainy and biscuity malt. Some lemony tones in the finish.

Tap, golden color with off white head. Slight sweet tasting with hints of malt and spice. Easy to drink but a little bit above average beer.

Slightly cloudy yellow. Yeast lactic smells lemon citric. Tastes of funk dust yeast bananas barley. Some pleasant lactic mouthfeel. Slightly watery but a great light saison.
