2.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy light gold with thin head disappearing, but carbonated enough for good mouthfeel and laces glass. Citrus aroma. Slight orange, banana phenolic spice flavor from yeast. Just a touch sweet. Good, and I like this better now that I’ve rated it.
This pale golder, Belgian-influenced ale is for everyone: Farm Girl, wannabe Farm Girl. In the Belgian Farmhouse tradition, this brew has a dry malt finish and a spicyness that only Belgian yeasts can create. Smooth and well rounded... this one can please anyone in any situation, whether you are on the water, in the sun, or hiding from winter’s chill. Good beer that I would definitely get again.

Stay color with thin white head that disappears in no time. Nose is light and sweet bready tones. Taste is sweet and malty. Very thin body. Good drinkability. Not exceptional but not bad. balloonbuffoon (533) - - APR 20, 2017
12floz bottle poured into a glass in a restaurant-bar. Hazy yellow with some off-white head, and possesses a banana and nutmeg aroma. Palate is medium bodied with flavors of clove, banana, and base malt. An underwhelming beer that at least clears itself quickly. bwa5879 (956) - Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA - MAR 19, 2017
Pale cloudy banana yellow with sixteenth inch lively white head. Big Belgian aroma of strong clove, hint of banana, pretty bready, bit of lemon. Lively carbonation, effervescent clean finish. Flavor of waxy cloves, banana (just a bit), very zesty. Nice Belgian, crisp.

Not terrible but just very thin on all the senses, hoped for alot more from one of my favorite local breweries. tmoreau (4593) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - DEC 2, 2016
On tap at the brewery served as part of a six flight platter, showing a hazed, straw color, with a modest layer of white head foam that diminished to a persistent ring & film, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was light banana & spice, soft grain, citrus, and a bit of tartness. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the flavor expression waned a bit, but retained the citrusy tartness & tanginess, and finished crisp & dry. A presentable style offering. This is an excellent saison. Lift Bridge does an excellent job with all their beers and this is no exception. Belgian notes from the yeast without being over the top; just the way I like it. Light pilsner malts make this a refreshing beer. Perfect choice of hops. This is one of my staples. jgb9348 (6438) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - OCT 4, 2016
Slightly cloudy golden coloured body with a thinnish, two centimetre tall pure white head and thousands of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of hay, grass, yeast, curacao, full oranges and a bit of caster sugar. Medium-bodied; Assertive sweet orange flavour with a mellow wheatie malt backbone with some yeast elements and hints of grass. Aftertaste shows some sugars from the caster sugar and oranges, but a bit of grass and the complex yeast strain as well comes through. Overall, a decent saison, but better beer in general - this tastes, looks and feels like a wit, so for that style, a good beer that should be sampled if you like the style and can find this! I sampled this sixteen ounce draught at Republic in Minneapolis Airport on 04-October-2016 for US$8,49. euniceradio (560) - Worthington, Minnesota, USA - AUG 3, 2016
12oz bottle to tulip. Pours clear straw, dissipating head. Aroma of orange, pear, pepper and bread. Taste of pepper, coriander, orange, and Belgian yeast.
