tmoreau (4632) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - DEC 1, 2016
UPDATED: DEC 2, 2016 On tap at the brewery and served as part of a six flight platter, showing a clear & bright, golden hue, with a presentable layer of soft white foam, and dots & dashes of lacing. The nose was typical light lager/pils scent, soft grain, and slight spice. Light to medium bodied, with fair carbonation, the taste was similar notes, with some earthy bitterness, and a fairly dry finish. Very sessionable.

Not bad. An easy drinking summer beer. Not a crisp bite like some pilsners it’s pretty mild.

Very pleasant, easy to drink pilsner. Yeasty bread aroma and mildly sweet and bitter with a creamy medium body. Very good as an easy to drink beer for any occasion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear, golden with a nice but thin white head, no real lacing. Big bready aroma, some spices and some malts. Taste is on the sweet side, slightly bitter from hops. Not bad, true to the style and quite easy to drink.

Extra in a recent trade. A little on the sweet side. Big light toasty grain flavors. Big frothy white head. A little bit of spice on the finish. That sweet corn flavor though is overpowering.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear straw yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of bread, dough, slight grain, some corn into a bit of herbal, grassy notes with a hint of earth.
