While attending their Irish Coffee stout release, I stumbled across the HOP DISH IPA . It is named after a common, hardy hot casserole meal from the mid west (Minnesota) . Its a right on the nose IPA. Kinda west coast style. Cheers!
Light tawny color with a tallish, light beige head. If this would have had some lace a 4 would have been in order. Nice mix of grass, citrus and pine in the aroma. Backdrop has some caramel, malt, and lightly toasted malt. Sweet start, with some pale and toasted malt, along with some mango. Bitterness and acidity work their way in with some white grapefruit. Finish is rather dry with some wood and pine tar. 5/13

Bottle from Ron . THanks Ron. Pretty standard, seems on the English side with the caramel. Not super dry or super hoppy tasting perhaps as it is headed towards IIPA category. Decent. jksipa (1006) - Newmarket, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 5, 2017
On tap at Double Tree Bloomington. Clear medium copper under a tiny white head. Nose is light caramel malt under moderate pine resin and floral notes. Light sweet with a medium bitterness. Mouth is medium slick with average carbonation.

Pours a very hazy bright orange color with a small but well retained head & good lacing on the glass.
The aroma is grapefruit & orange zest with a bit of pine and some caramelly malt.
The flavor is lightly bitter and big on fruity hops. It’S got a pretty serious sweetness & lots of honey and caramel flavor.
Bottle. Crystal clear amber body with medium off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit/orange, light bread. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, pineapple, light bread, orange. Medium body, light resin. Thanks Ben for bringing back from Minn. for me.

12 oz bottle pours orange with fluffy 2 finger head thick lacing with a very hoppy aroma. Taste is bitter hop up front with a nice malt after, very easy drinking. tmoreau (4593) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - DEC 2, 2016
On tap at the brewery and served as part of a six flight platter, showing a clear, medium gold color, with a frothy layer of soft white foam, and doily-like lacing. The nose was some bready/crusty malt, lively citrus, a touch of resin, and a bit of fruit preserves sweetness. Medium bodied, with good carbonation, moderate citrus & rind bitterness, and a presentably dry finish. A decent style offering. Bartzilla (623) - La Mesa, California, USA - SEP 14, 2016
Had this in cans and it’s great. I didn’t pour it into a glass, but I gave it a 5 on appearance because the label is nicely done. I find this to be a well rounded IPA with many citrus notes and a perfect malt back end. I will drink this again. ACHops (1614) - Seattle, Washington, USA - SEP 13, 2016
On tap @ Target Field. Pours murky medium orange with thin off-white head. Aroma is light citrusy hops, mild caramel malt. Taste is likewise - hops are not huge for the style, but with plenty of grapefruit pith and orange flavor. Solid body, not overly sweet, but lacking much notable flavor. Better than average for an upper Midwest IPA. asheft (3108) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - APR 12, 2016
On tap at Tony Roma’s, Mall of America. Resinous pine and grapefruit peel aroma and flavor with a perfect bitterness level and gentle caramel malt backbone. Medium carbonation, medium body.
