Sweet pilsner style nose. Straw color, bubbles actively dance. Typical Bavarian lager nothing unique standing out. Dry finish quenches the thirst. Radek Kliber (7470) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 25, 2011

Aroma: soft , pleasant grainy with light hint of hop. Drier sides. 6+
Appearance: very nice. Good deep shade of gold with large frothy white top. Some lace shown. 4-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: medium full bodied. Soft rounded with very well developed malt bottom. Very drinkable with solidly exposed golden malts. Solid rendering of Bavarian Helles. Stylistically one of better samples brewed in North America.
Nice clean, mellow Helles lager, light pilsen malt accents, smooth mouth feel, crisp dry finish, Lagerboys will enjoy the high drinkability! JoeMcPhee (9454) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 8, 2011
Pale straw-coloured pour. The nose is lightly sulphurous with a touch of noble hop spiciness. The flavour is actually quite hoppy. Nice zesty spiciness with a note of Saaz spiciness and a little bit of light herbal hoppiness. There is a distinct crackery malt character and a little bit of light sweetness. Really nice balance with a crisp bitterness. Quite a surprise to see a nice crisp lager in BC. mcberko (18429) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 21, 2010
Can sampled at Brewery Creek, pours pale golden with a small white head. Aroma and flavour are pretty bland biscuit and corn, with a watery finish. Not good.

(Bottle) Sampled at the Office Lounge in Victoria. Pours a thin white head atop a clear, light golden body. Nose of mashed corn and some biscuit. Nothing terribly exciting here - lacking hops, it has a bready base with more corn malt and grain. No notable German yeast or hops. Final palate of a milk paste watery finish. Nothing I would order of my own volition. Below average.
