Nice clean, mellow Helles lager, light pilsen malt accents, smooth mouth feel, crisp dry finish, Lagerboys will enjoy the high drinkability! JoeMcPhee (9427) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 8, 2011
Pale straw-coloured pour. The nose is lightly sulphurous with a touch of noble hop spiciness. The flavour is actually quite hoppy. Nice zesty spiciness with a note of Saaz spiciness and a little bit of light herbal hoppiness. There is a distinct crackery malt character and a little bit of light sweetness. Really nice balance with a crisp bitterness. Quite a surprise to see a nice crisp lager in BC. DuffMan (10435) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 31, 2014
Bottle, shared with my wife. Bright yellow, thick white head that retains until the bottom of the glass and leaves early lace. Aroma has some delicate florals amongst grain. The delicate florals offer a nice light perfumey touch to a light and very clean palate. This is an excellent lager. RD400F (226) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 24, 2014
Excellent beer in all it’s simplicity. I don’t think I’ve had something as crisp or clean as this yet. Not a lot in the aroma and taste...grain/grass...but it’s wickedly drinkable. Radek Kliber (7363) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - SEP 25, 2011

Aroma: soft , pleasant grainy with light hint of hop. Drier sides. 6+
Appearance: very nice. Good deep shade of gold with large frothy white top. Some lace shown. 4-
Body , Flavour , Palate and Final Notes: medium full bodied. Soft rounded with very well developed malt bottom. Very drinkable with solidly exposed golden malts. Solid rendering of Bavarian Helles. Stylistically one of better samples brewed in North America.
Pity pack. Bright yellow gold, lots of white bubbly that compresses slowly. Solid grain base, light grass, lemon, nice. Beginning to like this style more and more. I didn’t give the aroma much text love but I dig it. Tasty and thirst quenching. Smooth and light with solid grain malt, tasty fruit with a sneaky bitter cameo, yum. Light carbs, sneaky bitter touch on the finish. Easy drinking goodness. RyanE (145) - British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 6, 2012
Sweet pilsner style nose. Straw color, bubbles actively dance. Typical Bavarian lager nothing unique standing out. Dry finish quenches the thirst. MunBro (942) - St. Albert, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 2, 2014
Not sure why ever Bavarian Lager I’ve seen has a bunch of people saying it is flavorless. These beers are supposed to be light and refreshing - if you want something dark and robust go drink a stout! That being said, this is light and refreshing tasting of wheat, straw, and lemon. A great craft beer. pintbypint (3641) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 9, 2013
355ml brown bottle. Gold pour, some fine haze. Fast fading white cap, just a thin layer on the surface. Grain in the nose, some grass. Taste has grains and leafy hops. Slight grassy aftertaste, low bitterness. Medium to high carbonation, lightish body. Overall, drinkable, dryish and basic German influenced brew. bulldogops (2500) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 16, 2013
Bottle 5%. Bold golden pour with a thick, white foam, decent retention. Aroma is strong malty sweetness, caramel, ripe fleshy fruits. Taste is lightly hopped, rather dry but quite impressive. Crisp, refreshing, and smooth tasting.
