Deep gold, white head.Grainy bitter nose.Medium malt profile, faint hops. Easy drinking but not much here
However I do like it slimspady (219) - Lethbridge, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 26, 2013
Clear reddish with big, frothy white head. Lots of bubbles. Great caramel taste. Mid range mouthfeel. Real good. Lagerboy (2189) - British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 21, 2013
Bomber. Clear lighter orange copper, big frothy off-white head settles and lasts. Muted aroma of sweet malts and spicy hops. Significant herbal hop character, tart citrus spiciness, semi sweet toffee, bready malt taste. Average carbonation, medium body, moderately hopped. Short finish. Might be too much flavor for the more timid Lagerboy. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary) MarkQ (83) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 24, 2013
I like this stuff as it’s got a bit of spicy tang to it. I wish this company wouldn’t use Adobe Illustrator for their labels... just not convincing at all. Nice copperish color... CapFlu (5126) - Victoria, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 23, 2013
(650ml bottle) pours a quick dissipating white foamy head atop a reddish orange body. Nose of bready malt. Flavour is pretty balanced but the goaty character seems pretty pissed. He looks like he’s been casterated and wanting to take it out on me? DEAN: Tell me you didn’t casterated a goaty creature to make this beer? Tastes pretty alcoholic for 6.75% abv. Maybe I need to cut down.

pours a clear copper colour with a medium white head. the aroma is sweet malts , toffee and a light herb hop. flavour is sweet toffee notes with medium bitterness. Gerbeer (3698) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 8, 2013
650 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with large fluffy head. Aromas of malt, light toffee, and a bit of skunk. Flavors of sour dough. malts, and bitter hops. Not much to write home about though. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 29, 2013
650mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with medium off-white head. Aroma of herbal notes, spicy hops, and crackery malts. Flavour brings out herbal notes, spicy hops, and some biscuity malts. Quite spicy and herbally - well-brewed to style, but uninteresting overall. Drinkable, and moderately enjoyable. LarryBeast (616) - - MAY 13, 2013
650ml bottle. Amber-orange with pillowy white head. Bready caramel malt with sharp blend of hops that play well together. There’s a lot going on here, flavour-wise, but it’s hard to pick out specifics -- the finish is so abrupt. Slightly creamy mouthfeel, easy-drinking and smooth. Quick-hitting, subtle flavours give you a sense of complexity. Overall a fine new lagered offering to ease you off the winter heavies. WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - MAY 13, 2013
Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma is strong malt, DMS, a bit of fruitiness. Flavour is malt, a bit of noble, and a lot more tropical fruit than you’d expect from this style. Finish is simple and smooth with the fruit rounding it out. The NZ hops here are more than a novelty, I think they’re well integrated and add a nice layer to the beer.
