Bottle. Label shows 5.6% ABV. Translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is noble hops, grassy notes, grains, light lemon and biscuit malt. Taste is grassy hops, noble hops, light lemon, honey, grains, buttered biscuit and dough. Body is medium with a soft, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more noble hops, bread dough, grass, buttered biscuit and light lemon. adrosson (148) - California, USA - APR 27, 2012
I liked this beer. Very much like urquell with maybe a bit of cloves. Towards the end of the bottle the hops took over and got a bit dry.

Poured from a bomber into a SS lager glass 2 finger head, pillowy white, lacing.Grainy aroma, typical lager type aroma, some floral earthy aroma faintly, grain sweetness.Smoothe slick mouthfeel kinda buttery cream sweet with a real grassy hop bittering. Green apple. For as carbonated as it is there is a flat slick buttery kinda - sweetness/middle to this.Lingering grassy bitterness.Nothing i would care to try again but not bad. eboats (1082) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - AUG 5, 2011
Pours light yellow with a white head. Slightly skunky malt aroma. Crisp cardboard flavor that has a light medicinal finish with the cardboard in there. wlajwl (6750) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - JUL 29, 2011
Lemons, yeast and spice in the aroma, a little different for a Pilsener. The appearance is yellow-gold. The flavor is of bread, grains, a bit earthy and slightly sweet. Not bad but not great.

Some hop aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and floral with a hint of dryness and bitterness in a malt finish. jgb9348 (6199) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - FEB 23, 2011
Very crystal clear golden coloured body with a dense, frothy white head and millions of small bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of strong malt, lemons, metal and a minor hint of hops. Light to Medium-bodied; Deep pungent bitter hops and metal showing up at first with a lot of pungent tastes and perhaps a bit too strong alcohol/bitter flavours. Aftertaste shows a lot of the same with metal and malt coming through more than anything else. Overall, a strong and decent beer - pungent bitterness throughout, but seemingly coming from a permanent marker - very strong and bitter but not in a great way. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from BevMo in San Diego (Rosencrans Blvd), California on 08-February-2011 sampled at home in Washington on 23-February-2011. On tap at Hamilton’s. Light and awesome. Light hoppiness, with light sweetness. Bit of grassy in there. Hints of a lemony yeast. I’m suprised by the low scores. grimreaperguru (263) - santee, California, USA - NOV 3, 2010
Pours a cloudy yellow color with a short lived white head. The aroma was a light hop sent. The taste was a bland sour flavor that I did not like. The body was light and the aftertaste was bitter and sour.Overall not a good beer. tokyogoat (1503) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 7, 2010
A decent offering, well worth the money and i’d definitely get it again. Just didn’t knock my socks off. A great pilsner
