This beer’s dominant hop character was matched equally by powerful carbonation and a creamy sourness. Distinctive lager aroma with a bronze color. mensch (289) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - JUL 2, 2015
I’m not a lager-lover, but this one is quite good. Lemon and herbs aroma, light flavor and very little of that nasty metallic lager aftertaste. grimreaperguru (263) - santee, California, USA - NOV 3, 2010
Pours a cloudy yellow color with a short lived white head. The aroma was a light hop sent. The taste was a bland sour flavor that I did not like. The body was light and the aftertaste was bitter and sour.Overall not a good beer. bmsulliv (219) - - NOV 28, 2013
Good crisp fruity pilsener. Slightly under carbonated but overall smooth drinking lager

On draft at Hamiltons. Poured with a nice golden hue with a gentle hops nose. Taste has a light and very smooth feel with a little bit of sweet citrus. This is a great beer and would be perfect to drink on a warm summer day along with a bbq session~

Bomber. Medium sized white head atop a golden-yellow body. Aroma of some sweet wheaty malt and floral hops. Flavor is mildly sweet, floral but with an odd herbal note that I can’t pin down. Palate is medium and finishes relatively clean. Just too mild and and a little off overall. Mr_TBone (168) - Hollywood, California, USA - AUG 8, 2012
Bright golden with a nice white head - descends into lacing throughout the glass. Big floral hop presence, slight citrus and a tad sweetness on the nose. Taste is unbelievably clean, with big floral noble hop taste - good bitterness and finishes very dry. A great, hoppy pilsner. adrosson (148) - California, USA - APR 27, 2012
I liked this beer. Very much like urquell with maybe a bit of cloves. Towards the end of the bottle the hops took over and got a bit dry.

As far as pilsners go, I thought this was pretty good, definitely worth drinking (which is saying a lot for a pilsner.) Has that very Lightning-typical yeast flavor and and a very smooth finish. Good flavor and a decent overall impression.
