COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a premium example of the classic German Pilsner. Clean, crisp and refreshing, the Elemental Pilsner is pleasantly full-bodied. Generous use of German noble hops provides this beer with a complex hop presence with a dry and slightly bitter finish. A bright white, lacey head tops off this award-winning session beer.

I love pilsner, and this is a fine example, worthy of any German brewmaster. Nice use of lactic acid, Jim. Thank you for being so generous with this well made lager. A perfect summer session beer.

This beer’s dominant hop character was matched equally by powerful carbonation and a creamy sourness. Distinctive lager aroma with a bronze color.

I’m not a lager-lover, but this one is quite good. Lemon and herbs aroma, light flavor and very little of that nasty metallic lager aftertaste.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a short lived white head. The aroma was a light hop sent. The taste was a bland sour flavor that I did not like. The body was light and the aftertaste was bitter and sour.Overall not a good beer.

On draft at Hamiltons. Poured with a nice golden hue with a gentle hops nose. Taste has a light and very smooth feel with a little bit of sweet citrus. This is a great beer and would be perfect to drink on a warm summer day along with a bbq session~

Bomber. Medium sized white head atop a golden-yellow body. Aroma of some sweet wheaty malt and floral hops. Flavor is mildly sweet, floral but with an odd herbal note that I can’t pin down. Palate is medium and finishes relatively clean. Just too mild and and a little off overall.

Bright golden with a nice white head - descends into lacing throughout the glass. Big floral hop presence, slight citrus and a tad sweetness on the nose. Taste is unbelievably clean, with big floral noble hop taste - good bitterness and finishes very dry. A great, hoppy pilsner.

I liked this beer. Very much like urquell with maybe a bit of cloves. Towards the end of the bottle the hops took over and got a bit dry. 22 from whole foods ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
