Bottle: A turbo charged pilsner! Crisp, clean, hoppy, grassy, herbal, palate cleansing, a delight. Food Pairing: Weisswurst mit Pretzel. bsierra (213) - Vista, California, USA - MAR 24, 2008
On draft at Hamiltons. Poured with a nice golden hue with a gentle hops nose. Taste has a light and very smooth feel with a little bit of sweet citrus. This is a great beer and would be perfect to drink on a warm summer day along with a bbq session~ Tripplebrew (778) - Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA - MAY 10, 2010
Pours a clear lemon yellow with thick white head. Aroma is a light lemon citrus with earthy hay. Flavor is lemon, lavender, bread and caramel. Palate is creamy with a lot of carbonation. ngeunit1 (1555) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 8, 2012
A - Pours a slightly hazy golden-orange with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down at a normal pace leaving behind some lacing. stubby (334) - Santee, California, USA - SEP 13, 2008
S - Aroma is a mix of grainy pilsner malt, light DMS, citrus and lightly earthy noble hops, and a bit of lemon zest.
T - Starts off with a mix of grainy pilsner malts with some lemon zest and citrus hops. Through the middle, some more noble hop flavor comes through with some bitterness and some more grainy malts. The finish is a mix of pilsner malts, noble hops, mild bitterness, and a bit of lager esters.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a sweet and grainy finish.
D - Very drinkable. Great overall balance with a good malt and hop balance.
I love pilsner, and this is a fine example, worthy of any German brewmaster. Nice use of lactic acid, Jim. Thank you for being so generous with this well made lager. A perfect summer session beer.

Bright golden with a nice white head - descends into lacing throughout the glass. Big floral hop presence, slight citrus and a tad sweetness on the nose. Taste is unbelievably clean, with big floral noble hop taste - good bitterness and finishes very dry. A great, hoppy pilsner. mensch (289) - Loveland, Colorado, USA - JUL 2, 2015
I’m not a lager-lover, but this one is quite good. Lemon and herbs aroma, light flavor and very little of that nasty metallic lager aftertaste. WeeHeavySD (3387) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 16, 2007
On Tap @ Hams. Pours clear yellow with a bright white head. Nose is nice and has some good citrus notes. Taste is sweet and robust with a nice full mouth feel and light hops.
