Draught @ random lunch place in the Netherlands.
Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, spelled wheat - spelled, light fruity citrus, light tart citrus, soured milk notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and bitter with a average duration, citrus tart, malty, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
Beer smells like a brewery! And in a good way. Great creamy palate and on the sweeter side. Good to drink and for a good cause.

Tap @ Arendsnest, medium sample. Slight hazy golden color, medium white head. Aroma is grainy, spicy and flowery hops. Medium bitter in taste, dry, crisp. Great thirstquencher. Borresteijn (7400) - Zaandam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 6, 2013
On tap at De Prael. Misty pale yellow colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, tart spelt, lemon zest, light floral. Flavour is really nice and refreshing lemon peel, lemon, spelt-tartness, just light grainy, light tart and light bitter finish. Light-bodied, a touch fizzy, but really nice, especially on a hot day. A wit without spices.
