   AROMA 8/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 8/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 14/20

Poured from the bottle into a Duvel tulip. Clear amber-brown with a large fizzy white head. The head resembles that of soda - fast audible bubbles that quickly recedes to nothingness. Smells lightly of traditional lambic barnyard with some vinegar and sweetness. The flavor is mildly sour masked by sweetness with a fruitiness, slightly earthy/funky , some wheat, and a touch of vinegar as well. Medium-low carbonation cleanses the sweetness from the palate. Even though I would call the body medium it is much fuller than every other lambic I have had. I was fully prepared to hate this just because it was from Lindemans but I was pleasantly surprised. Would make a nice starter sour as well.

355mL bottle at World of Beer (Charlottesville, VA). Aromas of lemon, grass, apple cider. Clear dark amber with a mostly lasting off-white head. Sweet, tastes like Brisk iced tea but fermented, artificial lemon flavor and all. Medium bodied.

Pours clear amber with low white head. Aroma of grass, green apples, grapes. Taste is sweet, fruity. Light and smooth body with soft carbonation.

Bottle at Broken dreams Borlänge. Lovely amber color, minimal beige head. Sweet and slight tart aromas with candy sugar, cherries and slight vinegar. Sweet taste with slight tart cherries, redcurrant, candy sugar and gooseberries.

Butelka do 26.09.2018. Wygląd - bursztynowy kolor, całkowicie klarowne, z małą obrączką. Aromat - jest trochę funky notes, stajni, sianka, lekko piwnicznych nut. Smak - mocno słodkie, z lekko-średnim kwaskowatym finiszem, nawet powiedziałbym lekko cierpkim, trochę winogron i stajni, goryczka jest, dość konkretna, taniczna, lekko ściągająca, ciało półpełne, nasycenie średnie, w stronę niskiego. Ta ściągająca goryczka nie do końca przyjemna.

Butelka 0,25. Barwa bursztynowa, piana nietrwała, drobno i średniopęcherzykowa.

Bottled. Finally got to try this style! Bought the bottle exclusively to try this style. Pours an amber copper color, white head. Aroma is kinda weird. Kinda like chlorine smell while in the locker room of a public pool. Tart, grass, hay, funky, sugary syrup. Bizarre. But not unpleasant. Flavor is syrupy sweet, tart, lemon, acidic. Fairly sweet and tart. Quite nice actually. Kinda sweet apple juice thing going on. I'd have this again.

Bottle. Clear dark amber, low, creamy, not too stable, white head,a lot of lacing. Aroma of old apples, spumante, fruity, honey, mustiness (in a pleasant "old house" way). Taste smooth, sweet and sour, very refreshing. Carbonation medium to low, initially tingling. Bitterness low, tannic. Aftertaste fruity, apples, musty. Somehow it reminds me of sipping old cider in a basement. Good.

rumore (708) - Rimini, ITALY - SEP 29, 2017
25cl bottle at El Lupulo Feroz, Oviedo, Spain. Pours light amber with very limited foam. Aroma is hay, barn, typical of lambics. Body is average, with some carbonation. Taste is weakly sour, and sweet. Finish is quite long with residual sourness.

To już nie jest soczek z Lindemansa, ale daleko do lambika. Można spokojnie pić z gwinta podczas abstynencji
