pours light copper with small white head. nose is very interesting - it’s all sour, tart fruits and acidity with hints of grain and funk. there’s a good amount of tartness when you first taste it, but that makes way for some sweeter fruit notes, including apple, grape, and cherry; quite like a cider at times. finishes more sour than sweet with a bit of stickiness.

Aromat kwaśno-owocowy, lekko słodki. W smaku wyraźnie czuć dodatek cukru, kwaśność średnia. Pijalne.

Aroma of apple, honey, hint of funk, sweet. Deep amber pour with large head. In taste sweet, very fruity (predominantly appleish but I'd say also grapes), slightly astringent tartness, very mild funk. Light-med body, fairly high carbonation, refreshing. A bit too sugary, though I do like sweet beers and it was a very enjoyable drink.

Aromat: zaskoczenie bo nie spodziewałem się że będzie dziki i mało słodki. Nawet konkretna stajnia, skórzane nuty i dużo jasnych winnych owoców, biała porzeczka, winogrona, agrest, limonka. Wygląd: czerwonobursztynowe, czyste, przejrzyste, biała, średniej wysokości piana, drobnopęcherzykowa, szybko zanika. Smak: słodko cierpkie, cierpkie owocowe karmelki, gruszki w zalewie syropowej, sporo cierpkich owoców, agrest, winogrona, biała porzeczka, leciutka goryczka pestkowa i od owocowych skórek. 8/4/7/4/15

barwa ciemnobursztynowa, klarowna, aromat:końska derka, siano (?), w smaku przyjemna kwasowosc, lekka charakterystczna goryczka (jak czesto w piwach kwasnych), dośc słodkie, bardzo przyjemne połaczenie aczkolwiek lekko mulace

Had this recently in a Lindemans mix pack - the Faro is reminiscent of their fruit beers (like Framboise and Pecheresse) but without any one distinct fruit flavour. Fairly sweet but with a bit of sour/tart to balance, fruity without having any one dominant note. Perhaps a bit too sweet, but overall quite nice.

375 ml bottle. Pours clear brown, small head. Apple, pear, vinegar, lime, tart. Sour and sweet, almost no bitterness. Lively carbonated, dry finish, medium bodied. Very refreshing.

Bottle from Hogs Back Brewery Shop. Tart fruit aroma. A hint of vinegar. Funky. Reddish amber. Thin but creamy white head. Light-medium sour, with an underlying sugariness. Sweet grape juice. Gets more and more sugary. Light-medium bodied. On the thin side but leaves a sticky residue. Fizzy carbonation but not OTT. Long dry finish. Hmmm. It's OK but basically tastes like one of those alcohol free fizzy fruit drinks that people drink instead of wine. And so sugary sweet I can only sip it.

Couleur ambrée transparente. Goût très sucrée et acide en même temps. Aucune finesse. Pas d'intérêt.

En bouteille. Lambic Trop fruitée et trop sucrée. Très artificielle, pas terrible.
