From 750mL Bottle. Pours an evenly thick ruby red color with a flamboyantly pink head. The aroma is full of fresh raspberries, giving it an almost seedy richness. Nice even mouthfeel thats borderline milky and drips with raspberry juice concentrate. Very powerful and has an underlying tartness that gives it a sparkling cran-raspberry juice flavor. Finish is a bit too juicy and slightly cloying. Quite tasty overall, but this is an overly sweet an underly tart example of this style. luckygirl (1223) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - MAY 28, 2006
Talk about easy-going! This beer is totally drinkable. Recommend it highly for people who prefer soda to beer and children of all ages. There’s nothing Lambic about this raspberry-soda bomb. "Beer" poured a hazy medium red color with a small, frothy, off-gray, mostly lasting head. Flavor was moderately-to-heavily sweet, lightly acidic, trace bitter with an acetic, average-length, lightly-to-moderately fruit-juice-like acidity. The body was light, the texture was watery and the carbonation was fizzy. ghawener (1607) - Santa Tecla, EL SALVADOR - MAY 28, 2006
Bottle: Sweet, fresh red berries slight acidity and bitterness. In its style it is quite good, to be enjoyed occasionally. Diogène (1208) - Mirabel, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 24, 2006
In bottle in a NYC bar. Deep red colour and a wonderfull fresh raspberries aroma. A fine lambic, tart and acid, with all the great taste of fresh raspberries. I’ve liked this one even though I’m not a lambic lover. A little expensibe though. morrdt (715) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - MAY 22, 2006
Sampled at the beer festival. Tastes almost like a wine cooler or something, but the flavor is wonderful, the aroma and appearance are among the best. Pours a grape juice like purple with lots of bubbles. This was very nice.

A fine Lambic ale with a fine aroma of fresh strawberries. A deep pink colour with a good amount of carbonation. A true delight to the tastebuds fine on a hot summer day. beerprincess (52) - Indiana, USA - MAY 19, 2006
Red/ Grape juice color with a HUGE raspberry nose. There is a lot of lacing and pink bubbles around the cup. The flavor is a big raspberry with a hint of tartness. Very smooth and finished nicely lingering slightly. The end revealed a slight bite. SudsMcDuff (8428) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - MAY 15, 2006
had on tap at bjs...pours a dark dark ruby....nice pinkish ring...big sweet rasp smell...like a somewhat bitter fruit juice...nice subtle bitters....a dream in a classy glass..very tangy and lip smacking......"a good summer beer"-mom schwaiger (90) - Laramie, Wyoming, USA - MAY 14, 2006
Poured a grape juice red with a pink head of tiny bubbles. Aroma was raspberries - the whole plant, really. Seemed like you could smell the leaves and the seeds right along with the berry. Very intense aroma. Flavor was more sweet that sour, but there was definitely a lot of tartness here, especially in the aftertaste. Again, all the qualities of eating a handful of fresh framboise. Fizzy carbonation, fun to drink. Would have liked to have had more that just one bottle, but I guess I can get more next time I’m at the store and am buying a sufficient number of mega stouts to hide a few raspberry lambics amongst. Or maybe I could tell ’em I was buying it for my wife. Either way, not as complicated a flavor as the label implies, but a real tasty brew. iowaherkeye (2703) - Ocean Beach, San Diego, California, USA - MAY 11, 2006
750mL bottle, no date. Pours a hazy reddish purple with a medium raspberry ice cream head. Aroma of tart raspberries, and a maybe a little wheat--can’t tell. Very tart and acidic rasberries in taste. Soft carbonation. I don’t think this guy could be much else other than a dessert.
