Absolutely my fave beer!
Wonderful raspberry aroma and smoothe taste as well. stormking (23) - Cuddy, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 14, 2002
Only because lambics are in their own class, does this get these stellar ratings, not because this is the best beer I have ever had. It’s tart like a sour candy, and sweet. Like fresh rasberries were crushed and added. A decent amount of carbonation. You just can’t top the color or this beer. Even the head is dark pink. One of my favorite pubs makes a cheesecake out of this stuff. Sooo good. mikeben (355) - Naperville, Illinois, USA - JUL 19, 2003
UPDATED: AUG 14, 2003 An expensive beer but worth it for a treat. Redish in color it is a sweet flavor but no wine like headache or sourness. Man after a long hot day it is ideal. Whoever says nobody drinks for taste should wise up quickly with this or a weiss. Firefaery (19) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JUN 16, 2004
UPDATED: JUN 19, 2006 Fresh raspberry aroma and a fizzy, semi-frothy head. Nice fuscha lacing. Flavor is wonderfully fruity. Sweet from start to finish. Awesome with raspberry sorbet or pour a shot over a cup of the sorbet. exsquid (1) - USA - JUL 1, 2005 does not count
This rose colored, raspberry lambic beer is right on! The acidity of this lambic beer blends perfectly with the raspberries. Magnificent but subtle citrus aroma, deep and clear rose colored body with a soft, smooth, pink head. Delicate, sweet tasting palate of raspberries with undertones of tart berry, elegant, sparkling clean natural taste. Slightly sour, mouthwatering finish. This is probably not the best beer for typical social gatherings. However, it lends itself very well for: Chocolate desserts (especially chocolate decadence), fresh raspberries, ice cream with a raspberry demi-glaze sauce, sorbet, vinaigrette, crème caramel, baked Alaska, Olympia oysters, caviar. Personally, this is my all time favorite beer, this beer has a Gold Medal from the World Beer Championships!

absolute heaven in a bottle.gorgeous dark red color accents the very nice fluffy pink head. smells of ripe raspberries. tastes like ripe raspberries. not even the slightest nuance of aclohol. my favorite lambic so far. goes perfect with a bowl of vanilla ice-cream. nessalindsey (1) - ashburn, Virginia, USA - APR 16, 2006 does not count
Slightly acidic and so sweet, pink frothy head stays atop, dimishes slowly. The rasberry aroma fills a room when opened, and flavor bursts with every sip with a slight oak aftertaste. wish (14) - California, USA - AUG 10, 2006
mmm i love this stuff. it’s great for the designated driver who wants to taste something refreshing, easy to drink, and low on alcohol. If this was highly alcoholic, it would be extremely dangerous. great to drink anytime. awesome on tap. best flavor Lindemans i’ve tried.

This is my all-time favorite beer. To me its so sweet as if I were drinking wine but I can taste the key ingredients that make beer unique. Try adding this to Hoegarden for an extra tasty treat. beerguy12 (23) - Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 17, 2008
I tried this for the first time today and feel in love with the taste of this lambic style beer I think it is the best beer I have ever tried it has a strong raspberry aroma and taste I have tried a few other fruited beers before but they do not compare to this
